PRODUCT IMFORMATION
Tungsten alloy spheres have a small volume and high density, making them ideal for components where compact size and high weight are required. Typical applications include golf club counterweights, fishing sinkers, military counterweights, missile warheads, armor-piercing projectiles, shotgun pellets, pre-formed fragments, and offshore oil drilling platforms. Tungsten alloy spheres are also used in high-precision fields, such as mobile phone vibrators, pendulum clocks, automatic watch balance wheels, anti-vibration tool holders, and flywheel counterweights. High-density tungsten alloy spheres are widely used as balancing counterweights in industrial and military applications.
Tungsten Alloy Sphere Specifications:
Diameter: 1.0mm – 100.0mm
Density: 15.8 – 18.75 g/cm³
Composition: Tungsten content 85–99%; W-Ni-Fe, W-Ni-Cu
Surface Finish: Sintered, machined, or polished
Tungsten alloy spheres are widely used in ball valves and bearings. We can produce tungsten spheres of various grades and sizes. Each production step is strictly controlled to meet your requirements. Using advanced processes, we manufacture high-quality products with excellent durability and wear resistance, which can extend the service life of bearings.
Tungsten alloy small spheres can also be used to manufacture shotgun pellets. Unlike conventional bullets, shotgun shells consist of multiple small spheres. When fired, the pellet spreads out, and the energy from the gunpowder acts on each individual sphere. This low-energy distribution makes them ideal for hunting birds or small animals.
Tungsten alloy small spheres can also be used for pen tips. Common pen tips are made of stainless steel or tungsten alloy, with tungsten alloy tips mainly used in high-end pens. These tips are highly durable, providing smooth writing. Tungsten alloy pen tips are small, rotatable points, often with brass or stainless steel housings that allow ink to flow during writing. They are completely different from reed tips, quill tips, metal tips, or steel nibs. We can manufacture tungsten alloy spheres according to your specific requirements.
